How long will it take for my order to be processed?

It usually takes our dressmakers 10 - 18 working days to finish your dresses. And the delivery time is between 3 - 7 days to all major destinations. That is to say, most of our customers will get their orders in 18 - 25 working days after they pay for it. But if you extra $30 for a rush shipping fee, you can get a dress within 15 days.

How do I order on FashionBridalGown.Com?

Ordering on HandbagTop.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, please select the size, the color and advise us other information if you need, and then click on the "Add to cart" button to place it in your Shopping cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information.

You can also click the button "Checkout with Paypal" to pay the dress directly.

Based on our past experiences, most of the countries do not charge import duty on low volume personal import.

Do you have local stores? Can i order from them? Or Are you an online bridal store only?

We are a professional bridal dresses and prom dresses facotry, all our business is manufacture dresses and done online, we do not operate any retail bridal store.

How long should I order my dress before wedding or party?

Please place your order as far as in advance of your event date as possible, normally can't be less than 1 month. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alteration if necessary.

Can I change the color of the gown or the accent of the gown? How much is the extra charge?

Yes. You can change the color of the gown. Please check our color chart and tell us the color number you select and make a special note on the measurement form when you order. Normally, you can select any color you want, if the color is not listed on our website, you can also advise us which color you want, we will check it. All this services are FREE, you needn't pay extra money.

What type of underskirt will i need for this style ?

Generally speaking most empire styles don¡¯t need an underskirt . To other styles you can contact our operators they will choose one that fit your dress .

I need the few implemention of this dress can u do that. this is strapless gown however i need sleeves in this gown.

Yes, we can. But you have to show us a picture with that sleeves you favorite and you you have to pay another fee for that change, normally, you just need pay extra $10-$20 for this change.

How can I see a swatch of the color I'm interested in before I order?

The shipping cost is very expensive, normally, we do not have swatches available to send out to customers, but if you pay $35 for the shipping fee, we will send you a swatches.
You can confirm the dress color by two ways, as follow: 1, view our color chart, choose color on internet. 2, send me a color picture, and we will tell you if we have this color for your dress. Note: Not any extra cost for color change.

What materials do you usually use on your wedding dress products?

Fabric: Taiwan made high quality thick bridal satin (4811 & 395 satin). If you are familiar with wedding dress industry, then you should know that those top brand names such as Maggie Sottero, Lady Roi, etc. use the same or similar bridal satin. Other fabrics we use include chiffon, taffeta, 2080 organza, etc. Dresses made of cheap material will turn dark and yellow after they are stored over 3 months. For our dresses, even if storing them for 5 years, color will not change.

What if the store doesn't have the design I want?

We can also make wedding dresses, prom dresses and evening gowns from pictures. If you can¡¯t find a right style in our store, then you can email us the pictures of dress you want, and we can make replica for you.

Can i get more discount?

You will get 20% discount if buy 3 pcs or more together.

How do I pay you through Paypal? Is there an acct name I need to use so it gets to your company£¿

With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely online. Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you could make the payment. Advantages with using PayPal: Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
